We are seeking passionate and experienced Lead Teachers to join our dynamic team at Bright Horizons Preschool. This role is pivotal in shaping the minds and experiences of preschool-aged children through a creative and nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an engaging, child-centered program suitable for preschool children.
- Utilize diverse educational methods such as storytelling, educational play, and multimedia to enrich learning experiences.
- Observe each child's behavior and progress, focusing on enhancing their social skills and self-esteem.
- Foster a cooperative and friendly classroom environment, guiding children in interpersonal interactions and conflict resolution.
- Develop and execute a curriculum aimed at enhancing artistic and practical skills, including recognition of shapes, numbers, and colors, and engaging in various crafts.
- Oversee and organize nap and snack times, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Monitor and document children’s developmental milestones and academic progress, providing regular updates to parents.
- Engage in active communication with parents to gain insights into the children's backgrounds and individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a harmonious and effective learning environment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
