Seesaw is hiring Clinical Psychologists to join our close team of colleagues. We have full time and part time positions for licensed psychologists and postdoctoral fellows who specialize in serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Seesaw Psychology Group is well-being studio for families and private outpatient clinic. We currently have 2 locations in San Francisco and Burlingame (peninsula). Our clinic work spaces are inviting and thoughtfully designed with natural sunlight and amenities. We provide evaluation and treatment with children, adolescents, and families primarily. We offer brief evaluations for college students and adults/parents. We focus on providing strength-based, culturally competent services to diverse families and neurodiversity-affirming support. We assess and treat anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, learning disorders, and twice exceptional learners. Fellowships align with a 12-month service period (July to June 30). Two year fellowship is encouraged. The base salary range for this position will be: Licensed Psychologist PhD $7083 - $8333 monthly; $85,000 - $100,000 annually), and Postdoctoral Fellow PhD $5833 - $6666 per month; $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our Psychologist Position will include the following duties: - Conduct neurodevelopmental neuropsychological, psycho-diagnostic evaluations with children, adolescents, young adults/college students, and adults/parents. School observations and school team collaboration is often needed. - Conduct evidence-based brief therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT. Individual, group therapy, and parent coaching. - Training and Supervision for psychology trainees (i.e., post-doctoral fellows, psychology interns, and practicum students) - Other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director by mutual agreement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Candidates have a doctoral degree in clinical or school psychology, an internship from an APA-approved program, and be licensed or license eligible as a Psychologist in California. The ideal candidate will have the following clinical experiences: Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, parents (i.e., preschoolers to adults) Proficiency with the cognitive assessments (WPPSI, WISC, WAIS) and neuropsychological tests (DKEFS, NEPSY). Our clinic uses Ipad administration. Excellent communication and use of technology tools related to our job responsibilities.
