Required skills
— Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering;
— Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices;
— Prior work experience of minimum 2 years as CTO, VP of Engineering, or a similar role in outsource/outstaff business is a must;
— Proven experience in Pre-sale/Discovery phases;
— Experience participating in leading/building excellence centers or similar units;
— Experience developing and /or working with main KPIs for technology department;
— Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and change management skills;
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, senior executives and clients;
— Proven ability to navigate complex technology landscapes and align technology initiatives with business objectives;
— B2+ in spoken and written English.
As a plus
— Experience with building technology units would be a huge plus;
— A social presence, including speaking at events and/or creating technical articles.
Responsibilities
— Develop and drive the company’s technological and domain strategy, ensuring alignment with short and long-term goals.
— Foster synergy among technology leaders, distributing tasks effectively and ensuring high performance.
— Lead technical aspects in Pre-sale and Discovery phases, optimizing processes for continuous improvement.
— Manage relationships with technology partners, negotiating contracts aligned with the company’s strategy.
— Setup and monitor departmental performance metrics and budget allocations to meet project requirements efficiently.
— Identify and address bottlenecks affecting delivery processes across departments.
— Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards, overseeing quality assurance processes and cybersecurity measures.
— Represent the company’s technology vision and capabilities to external audiences, including customers and industry events.
