Key Responsibilities:
- Leading strategic, innovative, and operational aspects of Human Resources
- Developing strategy
- Enhancing programs and services
- Fostering best practices
- Areas of direct responsibility will be Human Resources, strategic marketing and business development, provider acquisition, credentialing and privileging, and support services including facilities, environmental services, dietary, administrative services, and information technology.200
- Managing from a system’s perspective and transforming organizational values into daily operations yielding an inspiring, effective, and caring organization
- Supporting and building trusted relationships, identifying issues and opportunities
- Managing, growing, and building relationships with a team of directors, managers, and supervisors.
- This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer/President
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field,
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, and/or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
Compensation:
· This position offers an excellent executive compensation package.
· Salary in the $200 -$250/year range.
