Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to help as we revolutionize how people make estate plans to take care of their families. Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary of $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually, with significant bonus and growth potential. WHAT'S IT LIKE BEING A COO HERE?

Your day begins with a quick huddle with your Operations team: set the tone by asking for good news; run through the numbers; get people unstuck; and commit to the "one big thing" for the day. Throughout the week, you'll meet with team members from each department to help everyone stay on track toward our 3-Year Vision, our annual business plan, our quarterly initiatives, all the way down to what we said we'd do yesterday. Your mission is to help remove friction and maintain a can-do culture. At times you'll need to deep dive into KPIs, policies and procedures, HR and recruiting, facilities-whatever challenge is getting in the way-in service of making it straightforward and rewarding to do our best work for clients every day.

You will also lead weekly leadership team meetings and quarterly planning meetings and collaborate regularly with the company owner to turn her vision into strategic plans and effective action.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Position Type: Full-Time

Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
