POSITION SUMMARY
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Masters preferred.
Experience:A minimum of five (5) years in a management position of an administrative/leadership level in the mental health care field. CEO/COO experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: None required.- Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of organizational theory, decision-making processes, human resource and financial management, and marketing. Must understand and act upon complex issues and problems, must communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people.
Working Conditions: General office and clinical areas of the hospital. Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior. Exposure to patients with possible communicable/infectious diseases. Hours vary and may include day, evening, night and weekend work. Occasional travel required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively; ability to meet travel requirements; physical agility to manage
patients (ambulatory, non-ambulatory, and physically aggressive). Able to move intermittently,
walk, stand, sit and occasionally bend and lift.
