Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our firm's operational processes and ensure our organization is running smoothly and efficiently. As the COO, you will work closely with the firm's partners and leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, streamline operations, and enhance overall performance.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including human resources, finance, IT, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with partners and department heads to set and achieve strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.
• Manage the firm's budget and financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for growth and development, including potential new markets or service offerings.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or JD preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the legal industry or professional services.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of the legal industry and personal injury law is a plus.
