The ideal candidate for the Chief Operations Officer (COO) position will be a strategic thinker with a passion for social justice and a strong commitment to the mission of St. Vincent de Paul. The COO will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's operational processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and the successful implementation of our programs and initiatives. Reporting directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the COO will be a key collaborator within our organization's leadership structure and will have department leaders as direct reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years experience in senior leadership role with non-profit, human services organization with accountability for outcomes, budget, and financial goals.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, move through an office environment as well as throughout campus. Use of hands and arms as well as the ability to talk, hear, and view a computer monitor for extended periods is required. Lifting up to 50 lbs occurs occasionally. Ability to function calmly in pressured situations. Ability to establish and maintain friendly and cooperative relations with employees, clergy, applicants, schools, and other organizations the organization supports.
Working Environment
This is a full-time position with the expectation of working in an office setting during normal business hours. On-call and/or weekend work as necessary.

$90,000 - $120,000 annually
