RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Reducing company costs and increasing profit
- Monitor budget - accounting, banking team
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Enhance company services
- Complete staff reviews
- Oversee HR - occupational health and safety
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven management management and leadership experience in a relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Financial Management knowledge
- Delegation Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Executive level communication
- MBA is a huge plus
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.
*Relocation Assistance will be provided if not in a commutable distance to Tempe, AZ.
