The role
As Chief of Staff, you'll be deeply involved in our business, from financial modeling and cost management to leading special projects and running product ops. You'll make a significant impact by driving efficiency, sophistication, and productivity across our company's operations and decision-making.
The right fit for this role has a strong track record of impact and wants to help build a great tech company.
You will work directly under the President and closely with the CEO.
*This role is a hybrid position, working in-person in Utah 3 days per week.*

Grain makes meetings 10x more valuable and efficient by using AI to automate the after-meeting work that most people get too busy to do (e.g., note-taking, synthesis, follow-up, and reporting out).

- 2+ years at a top management consulting firm with experience building models ( required )
- A track record of achievement and conscientiousness
- Drive to build a great product and company
- A bias for action and impact
- Intelligence, humility, and intellectual curiosity
