YOUR NEW ROLE
While most of your work is done at our office in Draper, UT, there is occasional travel, amounting to approximately 5% of your time.
As the individual responsible for leading our organization's strategic planning, operational oversight, and flawless execution of initiatives, you play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the executive team. Your focus is on fostering an environment of synergy and innovation while paying meticulous attention to detail and adopting a forward-thinking approach.
Additionally, you are instrumental in the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) that serve as benchmarks for excellence across the organization. Your role is pivotal in driving the team towards strategic goals with precision and foresight!
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of significant leadership experience
- 5 years of experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of legal operations, project management, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in using software tools
