The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our client's management team. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative growth and expanding reach from domestic to international markets. What You Will Be Accountable For
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and long-term goals.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee critical cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
- Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support in decision-making, agenda-setting, and priority management.
- Communication:Facilitate effective communication both within the executive team and across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment on key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, community partners, and others.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress towards its goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Act as a critical thinker and problem solver, addressing challenges and obstacles that may arise in the course of executing the company's strategy. Effort is appreciated but outcomes are rewarded.
Qualities Needed to Be Successful
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, ideally as a Controller or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work beyond regular business hours when necessary to achieve desired outcomes on time. International travel will be required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
