Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)-

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is a 226-bed acute-care, not-for-profit community hospital that has served Central Washington’s Yakima Valley since 1950. MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital also includes a multi-specialty team of more than 300 practitioners and 20-plus primary care and specialty care locations. Specialty care services include cardiac care, cancer care, hospice care and advanced services for children with special health care needs.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a member of the business unit’s leadership team with responsibility for optimizing performance and achieving financial and strategic goals, in partnership with its respective President. The CFO functions as the internal expert for the business unit’s financial management and provides decision making support for continued market growth. The CFO brings operational best practices to maximize financial outcomes, provider contracting/billing, and payment issues. The CFO identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement opportunities to translate financial targets into actionable operating objectives. The CFO organizes, analyzes, and presents high value analysis and interpretation of data in support of the business unit’s finance and strategic planning functions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field OR CPA

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis in a complex healthcare environment

• Minimum five (5) years of experience and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles

• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $260,000.00 - $301,000.00 per year
