Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic financial guidance. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to drive financial performance. Responsibilities: - Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth - Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial information - Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management - Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes - Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure effective risk management - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role - Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP principles - Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis - Experience with governmental accounting and cost accounting is a plus - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business performance through financial insights If you are a results-oriented leader with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving organizational success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
