Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (or “CFO”) will serve as a key member of the executive team, acting as an advisor on a broad range of strategic, financial, and operational issues. He/she will take ownership for the Company’s business model, providing financial leadership for the Company and supporting fact-based decision-making across the organization.
The CFO will formulate and lead the financial and accounting strategies for the Company and analyze and present findings in a meaningful way to stakeholders, including internal managers, board members and external auditors. Additionally, he/she will work closely with the Company’s Board of Directors to provide insight to the Company through analysis of company performance, continuous review of internal controls, and other measures.
