Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing organization in the sales industry. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company, providing strategic financial input to senior management, and overseeing the overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to strategize and implement financial plans at a high level.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
4. Extensive experience in the sales industry, with a focus on the franchise restaurant and hospitality sectors.
5. Proven experience in financial strategy and financial planning.
6. Strong experience in forecasting, financial reporting, and tax preparation.
7. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
8. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, as well as filing and compliance requirements.
9. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
10. High proficiency in financial software and analytics systems.
