Job Description
Redstone Technologies is seeking a well-qualified candidate to lead the organization as the Chief Executive Officer / General Manager. The CEO candidate must be a self-starter with demonstrated experience leading small business teams with a growth-minded frame of reference. The CEO will chart the course for the company, providing the owners return on their investments. As a CEO, you will be responsible for the supervision of the overall business strategy and success, the development of the overhead staff, and the overall profitability of the company. Your role will be crucial to the success of our company, as you will be giving all the strategic directions to the team across the whole company. Leadership is THE key essential ingredient.

• Develop high-quality business strategies, objectives, and plans
• Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
• Lead with an example and motivate subordinates
• Encourage employee engagement
• Train a high-performing managerial staff
• Oversee all operations and business activities
• Make high-quality investing decisions
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
• Ensure the company complies with with all legal requirements and ethical business practices
• Review financial and non-financial reports
• Advise on improvement and suggest/implement solutions
• Build trusting relationships with customers, key partners, and stakeholders
• Maintain contact with important shareholders
• Train, motivate, and lead others
• Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions
• Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends

Experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities must include:

• Previous working experience as CEO, or major (incl profit and loss responsibility) business unitfor three (3) years
• MA in business administration or similar relevant field (may accept PMP certification dependent on other experiences)
• Experience in developing, planning, and implementing successful strategies
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, and performance management principles
• Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, IT, etc.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Hire will be at the sole discretion of the company ownership stakeholders.
