The Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors of Silver Cross Hospital, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible and accountable for planning, coordinating and implementation of all major activities of Silver Cross. The CEO will provide dynamic, strategic and engaging leadership, advancing and fulfilling the vision of improving health and advancing wellness in the communities Silver Cross serves, maintaining a culture of excellence and delivering unrivaled healthcare experience for patients.
The CEO will build on and align a high-performing leadership team, while promoting Silver Cross’ unique patient-centered and engaged organizational culture. The CEO will ensure Silver Cross delivers superior safety and quality healthcare in partnership with a highly engaged team of independent and employed physicians, nurses and other care providers, while assuring the organization’s continued growth and operational and fiscal success.
