Chief Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
-Implement an effective compliance program to ensure adherence to all company SOP’s and Routines
-Monitor and assess the organization's compliance of SOP’s at all offices
-Conduct regular audits of SOP’s at each office and communicate issues to Executive Team
-Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
-Collaborate with Executive Team to update policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and Outlook
• Strong ability to multi-task and work on several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems in a positive manner.
• Thorough attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of SFAS/GAAP rules including best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills needed to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Experience leading and driving teams and managing company focuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
