In 2006, our Owner/Operator Andrew White, began his personal Chick-fil-A journey working at the Wendover Avenue Chick-fil-A in Greensboro as a Team Member at sixteen years old. After 15 years of serving Chick-fil-A in Greensboro, Raleigh, and across the Midwest, Andrew is excited to once again serve his hometown.

What Winning Looks Like

• Fulfill our Corporate Purpose on a daily basis
• Accurately fulfill guests orders
• Work quickly and efficiently to serve fresh and hot food
• Ensure work area is clean and prepared for daily activity.
• Identify problems in operations process and provide clear communication to resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Supports the Supervisor leadership to ensure guests requests and needs are met in a timely manner.
• Completes tasks listed on our checklist system.

Qualifications

• Passionate about serving our guests on a daily basis.
• Embodies Chick-fil-A’s values of serving guests with honor, dignity, and respect.
• Needs to be able to work quickly and on task for the duration of the shift.
• A proactive self-starter.
• Polished and professional.
• Weekend availability (Closed on Sunday!)
