Front Of House Team Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
