Community Supervisor - Office/Travel
Location: Brooklyn, NY (with Travel to NYC and Westchester County)

Our Requirements:
Hold a valid NYS RN license
Must have personal transportation for facility visits
Preferred experience in home care; salary commensurate with expertise
Possess 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using computers
Familiarity with home care home base systems is a plus
