Position durration- July 1-31
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking 3 meals + desserts/day for 18-35 people
- Help with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
