An experienced multi-unit leader is required for the new role of Assistant Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations at three different campuses. Responsibilities for Assistant Executive Chef:
- Supervise Chef Managers to uphold service quality
- Assume leadership of the culinary team, guiding them through recipe execution, food handling, safety protocols, and other essential facets
- Foster the growth and development of the culinary staff
- Uphold quality standards in both contract dining and retail operations
- Direct the operations of our test kitchen
Requirements for Assistant Executive Chef:
- Possession of an Associate's Degree along with formal culinary training
- Minimum of 2 years of chef experience in high-volume food operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in HACCP principles.
- Familiarity with computer-based menu management is a plus
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week, inclusive of various day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
