Check Out Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with product inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Process product returns and exchanges
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience as a cashier or customer service associate preferred
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in electronics sales or jewelry sales is desirable
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a bonus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
