Description:
The Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects / enterprise change initiatives meet organizational objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. Responsible for all phases of the change management project including preparing, managing and reinforcing change until the change is operational.
Specific Accountabilities:
Possess and applies a broad knowledge of Change Management methodologies, practices and procedures that identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance.
Throughout the change analyst is responsible for developing strategy and plans, conducting assessments, leading change activities, providing communications, analyzing gaps and developing tactics to remove barriers to adopting change
Works with project manager and project teams, to support training and communication efforts and integrating change management activities into the project plan
Demonstrates proficiency in communications; adapt communication to the culture of the organization that reinforces a services oriented culture that is consistent with our mission, vision, strategies, guiding principles, and overall company values
Ability to handle complex assignments with minimum supervision
Create and execute on actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Applies judgement and makes independent recommendations and/or decisions that may affect impacted groups
Facilitate meetings – in-person, online or hybrid model (both)
Coaches and supports people, managers, and executives through change transition
Qualifications:
8-9 years of related experience with organizational change management related to technology, software, and/or products. 85% Change management, communications 15% training (really just looking at their internal training design)
Experience working with Data Products: AI/ LLM "Large Language Models" coalition, people are worried that AI will be taking over. Have you helped communicate change with new technology? What considerations should we take into account? We need to calm people down

Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Investments and/or Actuarial a plus
A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology Or Computer Science
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
