Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in Change Management, training, and a strong background in using the Prosci methodology.
- Collaborate with the Change Management and Training Lead to develop and implement Change Management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and Training plans.
- Design and deliver communications and Training programs and materials for employees impacted by change initiatives under the guidance of the Change Management and Training Lead.
- Work with project teams to ensure alignment of training and Change Management efforts.
- Use the Prosci methodology to assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans under the direction of the Change Management and Training Lead.
- Support in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training and Change Management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure successful change adoption.
- Provide assistance and support to project teams on Change Management and Training best practices under the guidance of the Change Management and Training Lead.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field.- Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent experience using the Prosci methodology.
- Experience developing and implementing Change Management and Training strategies for complex initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
VA or similar government organization experience
