We are looking for a Jr.Partnerships Coordinator to focus on our Customer Engagement Solutions brands, pulseM, GuildQuality, Listen360, and Customer Lobby. Customer Experience Solutions is a business unit of EverCommerce, that helps the best service contractors, homebuilders, and remodelers in North America manage their online reputation, generate business, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Support the strategic management / development of existing partnership relationships to drive revenue for all CES brands
  • Assist in developing partnership content and assets. Creating documents that tell compelling stories of our impact and outcomes, incorporating partner feedback and meeting partner requirement
  • Develop and strengthen partner relationships through the phone, email, and social channels
  • Research accounts, help identify key players, and develop outbound lead generation strategies
  • Join and lead virtual meetings with internal and external contacts related to partnerships
  • Attend expos, conferences and regional partnership events as needed to represent our brands
  • Undertake data mining and production of reports to drive partnership strategy
  • Planning and prioritizing partnership activities. (Identify and source partnership opportunities; research, identify key players and generate interest)
  • Create reporting and track success of partner initiatives.
  • Develop a strategic approach to partnership development including renewed revenue and referral objectives.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership by cross selling/ up-selling etc.

Where:
This role can be fully remote if desired, but we will have travel to expos, regional events and conferences regularly throughout the year. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States- if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
