Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare is searching for a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (general or OB) to become part of the prestigious practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida
Position Highlights:

• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 13 Physicians and 14 CRNAs
• Approximately 12,000 annual cases
• 14 State of the art OR's: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D
• Case mix includes: General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN
• CRNAs do not do hearts
• No Peds
• Autonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines
• Work schedules vary with 8, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Scheduling is evenly distributed amongst the group
• Call is approximately one weekend every 7-8 weeks; weekday call variable but infrequent
• Average work week is about 4 days a week
