Greater Anesthesia Solutions is a locally owned and operated group in Arizona. As a pro-provider group, CRNAs practice to the full extent of their training. A CRNA lead is often the board runner, providing the extra pair of hands and playing that pivotal role in helping all providers develop their practice doing a variety of cases.

Offering a great culture to practice in is paramount for the GAS team. By allowing our providers to practice to their full training, and further develop that training, everyone becomes a valuable resource for each other. We strive on having good communication with the team as we provide state of the art anesthesia care.

Our group primarily covers exclusively contracted medical centers, which means you get a big variety of cases. Providers do not get pigeonholed into only being able to handle one or two types of cases.

A priority of GAS is having competitive market rates with flexibility in scheduling. Both 1099 and W2 options are available as is trading and swapping shifts amongst the team to assure Work-Life Balance.

Our facilities are all in the Phoenix area which offers some of the best places to live in the country.

Level 1 trauma center in Goodyear, right off the I-10. Full autonomy, great variety of cases. Trauma cases, neuro, Ortho – lots of regional opportunity, GI, cath lab, spine, General, OB optional. Great fun group, tons to learn. Amazing resources to help grow your profession. 7 weeks off. Post call and post late off. Annual income $350,000

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus

Busy Community hospital right off the 101 loop in Glendale. Busy OB with options to rotate with team. General, Ortho – Regional, gyn, Urology, spine, no hearts, little vascular, cath lab, GI.

Great fun crews at Arrowhead. Strong leaders that help and support all our provides. Great place to start your career and truly be set up for life. 6-7 weeks off. Post call and post late off. Annual income $350,000 Sign on Bonus available

Banner Boswell Medical Center

New facility for the GAS family. We are excited for several amazing CRNAs that are staying on and leading this endeavor. Boswell offers a bit variety of high acuity cases. Ortho, Regional, spine, thoracic, gyn, uro, GI etc.... A great place to get your career on the right path and be comfortable for anything throughout your future. Rates $150/hr and up. Great location near Peoria and Surprise. Pay will be 350k Plus $20k sign on bonus

Banner Del Webb Medical Center

New facility for the GAS family. We are excited about the great team and leaders that have been put together for Del Webb. It is a busy community hospital near Sun City and Surprise, Waddel, Peoria. Lots of new developments nearby. Busy Ortho department, lots of Regional blocks, endo, urology, gyn, spine, GI, cath lab. Great place to work, stay, retire, but ultimately get the experience you need to become comfortable doing all types of cases throughout your career. Pay at $350k plus $20k Sign on Bonus
