Salary We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our premiere Behavioral Health facility in Yuma, AZ. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity and comes with an outstanding benefits package including a $15,000 sign on bonus to all floor RN's. - Provide detox services
- Connect patients with services within the community
- Produce care plans and risk assessments
- Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients
- Maintains accurate records and documentation of patient treatments
Pay Details: $42.00 to $52.00 per hour
