Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (Average CPA salary in San Diego + 5-15% based on experience and seniority)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our team. This role involves a comprehensive range of accounting responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing accounts receivables and payables
• Reconciling bank statements
• Invoicing clients
• Ensuring all orders and financial operations align with our company’s vision and financial goals
• Preparing financial statements, P&Ls, and balance sheets
• Overseeing financial audits and providing recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting-related positions
• Minimum Bachelors Degree, Preferred Masters
• Required CPA certification
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced Excel Skills ( Pivot Tables, Vlookup, If Statements )

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the company owner and controller
• Potential to transition to a CFO role with the expansion of the financial team
• Work collaboratively with various departments to streamline financial processes
