Position Purpose
Certified Payroll Specialist supports our Client Relationship Department. The position handles all Prevailing Wage and Davis Bacon requirements for California and many administrative responsibilities that include organizing workload using our Project Management System Click-Up, Great customer service for clients that are assigned and being a team player. This person will be an active player in the team’s ongoing growth. The position will have monthly sales targets by managing billable items per client.
Schedule is M-F, 7:00AM - 4:00PM PST
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with current clients via email, phone or virtually
- Sending filling out DAS Forms
- Fringe Benefit Statements
- Entering Certified Payroll Reports on various systems
- Training Funds/Union Reports
- Setting up projects in our system
- Labor Compliance Packages
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Possible other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in California Prevailing Wage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Articulate phone skills and ability to adapt to different personality types
- Detail-Oriented, Organized
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Excellent computer skills using Outlook, Excel and Google Drive
- Bilingual preferred
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new platforms and programs quickly
