The candidate will work with Occupational Therapists on an integrated health care team to carry out the prescribed plan of care. Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Carry out care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving ROM, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Assess effectiveness of treatments, monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services

- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills for our documentation software
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy assisting in the state of Ohio
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
