The Village at Brookfield Common is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our team in providing quality care to residents with cognitive impairment in our Harbor Program. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. As a caregiver with Benchmark, you get to do more than provide great health care, you have the opportunity to spend time with residents and build deeper relationships that inspire meaning and purpose.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat
Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)
Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour
CNA Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
