```Duties:```
- Provide primary care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Assist with physical examinations and perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds
- Monitor and record patient information, including symptoms, reactions to medication, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic)
- Experience in specialized areas such as ICU or behavioral health is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving patients as needed
