As a pediatric dermatology medical scribe or Certified Medical Assistant, you'll be the linchpin in our patient care process, ensuring accurate and real-time documentation of patient encounters in our state-of-the-art electronic health records system (EPIC). Your keen listening skills and lightning-fast typing abilities will allow you to transcribe medical terminology with unparalleled accuracy, all while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborating closely with our esteemed healthcare providers, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
The Role in Focus:
• Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Duration: 3 months Contract; Contract to Hire!
• Start Date: ASAP!

Your Essential Toolkit:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• CA Certified Medical Assistant certification
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Dermatology and Pediatrics
• Proficiency in EPIC
• Strong front and back office experience
• Exceptional listening skills and rapid typing abilities (approximately 50 WPM)
• Enthusiasm and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus amidst demanding workflows
