Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Provide memory care support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
Skills:
- Experience or training in catheter care and management
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with memory care techniques and strategies
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Ability to safely lift and transfer clients using proper body mechanics
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
