```Duties:```
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Lift and transfer patients safely when necessary
```Requirements:```
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, such as a nursing home or hospital, is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or assisting patients with mobility challenges
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities or health conditions
