```Duties:```
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversation and activities to promote socialization.
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or completion of a state-approved training program.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or seniors preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and ability to take vital signs.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
