Certified Fitness Instructors (Ft & Pt)

Currently, we are looking for one (1) full-time Certified Fitness Instructor and two (2) part-time Certified Fitness Instructors.

Location: Long Beach, CA, area (onsite and remote).

Shift time: Classes will be conducted Monday-Friday, anytime between 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST.

Dress Code: Exercise Wear.

Position Description:

Certified Fitness Instructors coordinate and run group exercise classes for organizational employees onsite with possible online classes for employees in the Long Beach, CA, area, for up to 250 classes/year.

The employees to be instructed will have the ability to access in-person and virtual group exercise class offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be a Certified Fitness instructor.
• Must be available for up to 1 hour each class:
  • Each class includes one 45-minute class, as well as set up/breakdown, and participant engagement.
• Group exercise instructors will be scheduled for 5 classes per week.
• Must have full fitness knowledge of the following, as courses shall consist of the following:
  • PiYo (Pilates/Yoga) exercise classes.
  • Boot Camp exercise classes
  • Kickboxing exercise classes.
  • Dance Fitness exercise classes.
  • Core Conditioning exercise classes.
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercise classes.

Requirements:

• Provide current resume.
• Provide all fitness and exercise certifications.
• Provide requested fees per class for onsite and online classes.
