SalaryFree Through Recovery/Community Connect – Care Coordinator
All Of Us In Recovery offers comprehensive Case Management that provides client support in accessing services in the community, such as behavioral healthcare, peer support, housing, medical care, advocacy, education, employment, social and spiritual opportunities to improve their lives in recovery.
Position Summary: Regular meetings with individuals discharging from the criminal justice system to assess need in four core areas to assist their success in the community by facilitating access to local resources and ensure success in the realms of recovery, housing, employment, and recidivism. Develop an ongoing problem-solving approach to address client’s needs in the community. Regular, and open contact, with ND Parole and Probation, and regular attendance of Free Through Recovery Team multidisciplinary meetings with regional coordinators. Position will be expected to regularly document in the form of chronological notes, care plans, and documented outcomes. Position will be required to serve participants in both Free Through Recovery, Community Connect, and 1915i Medicaid Programs.
Required qualifications:
- Case management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years Case Management Experience
- History working in the criminal justice system with knowledge of the Parole and Probation process
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic data entry and documentation skills
- Absolutely required to be a driven goal oriented personality with a passion for advocacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of ND State required training
- Work experience in case management, parole and probation, addiction services

- Both full and part time hours are available

Pay
- Employee will be paid by participant
- AIR was founded by a former Parole Officer as well as a Director of Addiction Counseling. Where we cannot guarantee referrals, we will continue a history of accountability already developed with referring agencies to maximize referrals.

- Flexible work hours. Some traditional work ours will be required.
