Patient Care Coordinator

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Assist with administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on Patient Care.

```Qualifications:```
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
