Certified Maintenance Technician needed!
Join an award winning company that has current openings in the High Point, NC area for highly skilled Maintenance Technicians.
Qualified applicants would have:
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint and general carpentry skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone
- Basic hand tools
- Need to be available/flexible
- Current driver's license
- Must have HVAC/EPA/CPO certification
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least one year of experience in the apartment industry. Candidate must demonstrate leadership abilities. Candidate will have two or more years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint and general carpentry skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications are a must.
