Cerakote Shop Assistant

Weapon Works LLC is one of the top Cerakote applicators in the country, we are looking to add to our coating team. As a member of our coating team, your duties would include:

-Intaking and organizing parts to be coated.

-Degreasing, sandblasting, and hanging parts to be coated.

-Assisting coaters with tasks

-Other necessary tasks around the shop

The right candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• The ability to own a firearm, Concealed Carry is a plus
• Have a positive attitude
• Adapt to change quickly
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Willing and able to develop painting skills through training
• Willing and able to develop minor gunsmithing skills, training provided
• Stand for long periods of time
• Able to kneel, squat and bend down
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds
• Work in non-temperature regulated and loud environment
• Tolerate working with chemicals (acetone, brake kleen, coating, catalyst etc.)
• Work within the Cerakote department doing other tasks as assigned

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
