Assistant Shop Manager

Pay Range: up to $15 an hour

Whether you have an automotive background or not, our training programs will give you all the tools necessary to be successful. · Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager’s days off

· Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings

· Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process

· Monitoring and training new employees

· Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

· Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment

· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams

· Cash management

· Inventory management

· Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals
