Central Scheduling Representative

CALL SCHEDULING REPRESENTATIVE:

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing appointments and schedules for our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical scheduling systems such as eClinicalWorks, as well as strong administrative and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients.
- Manage calendars and ensure that appointments are properly scheduled and updated.
- Communicate with patients and provide necessary information to them.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Handle all incoming calls to the practice.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and other callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical scheduling.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or systems such e Clinical Works

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
