Practice Details:
- Offers comprehensive pediatric care, including wellness, diagnostic, and screening services, with referrals for sub-specialist attention or advanced laboratory work
- Expectation to build a full patient panel within one year, with scheduled appointments for 20-25 patients daily
- Enjoy a supportive environment with no call responsibilities and experienced support staff
- Utilize a customized EMR system in a new advanced clinic
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience to be considered for this opportunity
Schedule:
- Outpatient-only role with no call obligations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
- Flexible scheduling options available to accommodate full-time and part-time positions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary with potential for upside earning through quality and productivity bonuses, including a $30,000 increase after year two
