- Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner
- Greet families and members in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner
- Efficiently and accurately receive and process members through the check in and check out procedure
- Perform general office functions such as coordinating mail, data input, and file maintenance
- Assist with preparing and sending prospect information
- Perform all daily scheduling of members and data entry
- Willing to assist in after hours events
