The Cellar Worker III is responsible for the safe, sustainable, compliant, and efficient completion of a broad range of cellar activities. This position requires knowledge of high-quality winemaking methods, and it requires advanced experience in operating the equipment of a modern winery.

What we will ask you to do:
- Possess complete working knowledge of all processing equipment.
- Read, understand, and follow SOPs.
- Read, understand, and complete written work orders and shipping paperwork.
- Possess working knowledge of chemicals and their appropriate usage.
- Demonstrate knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Operate crossflows and other filters.
- Demonstrate dependability, independence, and initiative.
- Provide guidance and assists in training of less skilled workers.
What you will need:
- 4 years minimum cellar experience required, including 3 years of forklift experience.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, be open to suggestions and able to collaborate with others.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate reading, writing and math skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in harmony with others.
- Spanish communication skills a plus.

- The hourly range for this position is $26.65 - $29.55.
